Anoxir Technologies is an automated risk analysis and intelligence software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The platform is currently in pre-launch phase. The website is used to collect waitlist registrations for the upcoming private beta. Actual service delivery will commence upon official launch in Autumn 2026 or at a date communicated to registered users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Waitlist Registration

Submitting your name and email address through our waitlist form does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of access to the service. Registration on the waitlist means you consent to receive communications from Anoxir about product updates and beta access invitations. You may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Subscriptions, Billing, Refunds & Cancellation

Anoxir Technologies is sold as a recurring software-as-a-service subscription (monthly or annual). The following terms apply once paid subscriptions become available at public launch:

Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) to your selected payment method. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
14-day refund: new subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied, provided the service has not been used abusively.
Renewal charges: renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Service delivery: access to the platform is provided electronically and activated immediately upon successful payment and account provisioning. No physical goods are shipped.
